General Rules & Regulations:
1. Only college students are allowed to participate.
2. The participants can register their team online at : https://epoque.kiet.edu
3. Your registration will be considered complete or confirmed only after receiving the registration fee of the event.
4. Registration fee is non-refundable in any circumstances.
5. Teams need to physically register themselves at the registration desk on the day of the event. The order of performances would be decided on first-cum-first-serve basis.
6. It is mandatory to reach the respective venue of the event at KIET 60mins prior to the beginning of the event otherwise your online registration will be considered as cancelled.
7. Only the registered participants will be allowed to enter and perform.
8. College Id card and at least one Government ID is mandatory for every team member for entering the campus to issue Gate Pass/Registration
9. If the team needs accommodation, they need to pre-inform before registering for the event through website and the accommodation will be confirmed only after receiving the separate accommodation fee.
10. The organizer have the full authority to use the photos/videos of the participants for the promotion purpose.
11. The organizers will not be held accountable for any broken equipment, injuries, or any other negative occurrences outside of our staff’s control.
12. Every team should send their tracks (if any) by or before 25th March 2025 06.00 p.m at prastuti25.kiet@gmail.com.
13. Decision of the judges for the respective event will be final and binding.
14. No profane or socially unacceptable behavior will be tolerated at any Stage.
15. Violation of any of the general or event specific rule will lead to disqualification and immediate expulsion from the campus.
16. We have a capping for the number of teams participating in each event. Once we achieve that capping, the registrations will be closed. Hence, the registrations shall be considered on first-come-first-serve basis.
